CXO Ready LTD offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date.

How Refunds Are Handled

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. CXO Ready LTD remains the seller of record and handles refund requests directly.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@cxoready.com with your account email and the date of purchase, and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — to request a refund within the 14-day window, follow the steps above.
